I'll write back or ring depending on what makes sense. If it's something simple I can answer quickly. If it's a project I'll set up a call.

If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so. I'd rather you end up with the right person than sign a contract that doesn't suit either of us.

Same day during studio hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Messages that come in over the weekend I pick up first thing Monday. If it's genuinely urgent, ring me.
Yes - most of my work is done over the phone and email anyway. I've built shops for clients across the UK and a handful overseas. Location's no barrier. I do most of it without ever meeting in person.
That's exactly what the call is for. You don't need to arrive with a brief or a budget or a spec. Tell me what you sell and where you're at - I'll ask the right questions and by the end you'll have a clearer idea of what makes sense.
Just ring - 01209 706544. That's the fastest route. If I'm mid-build I might not pick up immediately, but I'll call back within the hour. Email works too.
Not a penny. The call is free, there's no obligation, and I won't follow up with a sales sequence. If we're right for each other, that usually becomes obvious fairly quickly.
