An online shop built
properly, once.
Not a Shopify template. Not a monthly subscription you can never escape. A bespoke online shop designed around your business, built by one person, handed over so you can run it yourself.
Shopify is fine.
Until it isn't.
Platforms like Shopify, Wix and WooCommerce are genuinely useful — for some businesses. But they come with permanent monthly fees, transaction charges, and a ceiling on what you can actually do. When you hit that ceiling, you're stuck.
A bespoke Futurestore shop costs a fixed price once. You own it. After the first year, hosting and support is £219 per year. No platform fees, no percentage taken from every sale, no "upgrade to unlock this feature."
One-off cost. You own it outright.
Forever. Plus transaction fees.
Every penny of every sale is yours.
On top of card processing fees.
Built around your business, not a template.
Looks like every other site on the platform.

600+ shops.
Since 1997.
Antiques dealers, clothing brands, fine art galleries, food producers, training companies, gift shops — if it sells online, chances are something like it has been built before. That experience feeds directly into every new build.
Ranked 2nd out of 357 UK ecommerce companies on FreeIndex. 4.9 stars from 21 verified reviews.
Four steps.
No surprises.
Most agencies make this part feel mysterious. It really isn't.
A friendly call
Twenty minutes. I find out what you sell, what you need the shop to do, and which build fits. You find out what it costs and whether we're right for each other.
A fixed quote
Plain English, within two or three days. The number you see is the number you pay — no "starting from" weasel words.
I build it
You see progress as it goes. Feedback welcome at every stage. I'm aiming for something you're proud of, not just something on time.
You take the wheel
Screen-share handover. I show you how to run the shop. Then I'm on the end of the phone whenever you need me.
Things people ask.
Quickest is to just ring — you'll get a straight answer in two minutes.
☎ 01209 706544Shopify and Wix charge monthly fees forever — typically £30–£80 per month plus transaction fees on every sale. A Futurestore shop is a one-off fixed cost and you own it outright. After year one, hosting and support is £219 per year. For most businesses that's significantly cheaper over five years, and you're not beholden to a platform that can raise its prices or change its terms.
Two fixed-price packages: Standard from £1,299 and Designer from £2,599. Both include design, build, the Futurestore control panel, payment gateway integration, and 12 months hosting and support. See full pricing details →
A Standard build is usually 3–4 weeks from go-ahead to launch. A Designer build is typically 6–8 weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline at the quote stage — and I stick to it.
Yes — that's the whole point. The Futurestore control panel is built so you can add products, update content, manage orders, run promotions, and handle SEO without needing a developer. Most clients are confident running it independently within an hour of handover.
PayPal and Stripe on the Standard build. Designer also supports SagePay, Worldpay, Barclays ePDQ, and Cardstream. If you have a specific gateway in mind, just ask — it's probably been done before.
Yes — the majority of clients are UK-wide. Everything is done by phone, email, and screen-share. Being in Cornwall has never been a barrier to building great shops for people in London, Leeds, or anywhere else.
Ready when
you are.
Tell me what you sell and I'll have a proper conversation about it. No slides, no pitch — just twenty minutes on the phone.
