We read it ourselves
Your message goes straight to us: not a CRM, not a VA, not a ticketing queue. Same day, most of the time.
A proper reply
We'll write back or ring depending on what makes sense. If it's something simple we can answer quickly. If it's a project we'll set up a call.
No hard sell
If we're not the right fit, we'll say so. We'd rather you end up with the right people than sign a contract that doesn't suit either of us.

How quickly do you reply?
Same day during studio hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Messages that come in over the weekend we pick up first thing Monday. If it's genuinely urgent, ring us.
Do you take on work outside Cornwall?
Yes. Most of our work is done over the phone and email anyway. We've built shops for clients across the UK and a handful overseas. Location's no barrier, and we do most of it without ever meeting in person.
I'm not sure what I need. Can I still get in touch?
That's exactly what the call is for. You don't need to arrive with a brief or a budget or a spec. Tell us what you sell and where you're at, and we'll ask the right questions. By the end you'll have a clearer idea of what makes sense.
I'm an existing client with a quick question.
Just ring: 01209 706544. That's the fastest route. If we're mid-build we might not pick up immediately, but we'll call back within the hour. Email works too.
Do you charge for the initial conversation?
Not a penny. The call is free, there's no obligation, and we won't follow up with a sales sequence. If we're right for each other, that usually becomes obvious fairly quickly.
