What's included in the price?
Everything needed to launch and run your shop: design, build, the Futurestore control panel, payment integration, and the first 12 months of hosting and support. After year one, hosting and support is £219 per year. There are no extra hidden costs.
How long does a build typically take?
A Standard build is usually 3–4 weeks from go-ahead to launch. A Designer build is typically 6–8 weeks, depending on how much custom design and how complex the functionality is. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the quote stage.
How are payments structured?
Typically 50% deposit to begin, 50% on launch. For Designer projects we can break this into more stages if it suits you better. Just say.
Can I edit the website myself once it's live?
Yes, that's the point. The Futurestore control panel is built so you can add products, update banners, control offers, edit page content, manage SEO meta and check orders without needing a developer. We'll show you how on a screen-share, and most people are confident inside an hour.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Hosting and support continues at £219 per year. That covers hosting, server maintenance, software updates, and unlimited phone support for any questions or small tweaks. There's no contract: you can leave whenever you like and we'll help you migrate.
Do you do estate-agent sites? Membership sites? Something more unusual?
Yes. We've built ecommerce, estate-agent, training, brochure, and integration-heavy sites since 1997. Anything outside the two standard tiers falls under bespoke development: see the section above or pick up the phone.
Will my site be on Google?
Every site we build is search-engine ready out of the box: clean URLs, proper meta tags, sitemap, schema, and fast page loads. Strong rankings still take time and good content, but the foundations are in. Our existing clients consistently rank well in their sectors.
Do you accept overseas clients?
Yes. Most of our work is in the UK, but we're happy to work with anyone selling to a UK or international audience.
